Smart buildings and offices face challenges including poor employee and member reporting functionality, unauthorised entries, impersonal front-of-house service, lack of synchronicity between decentralised premises, functions and poor visitor management. All of these pose a threat not only to security, but also to the level of employee satisfaction, as well as a duty of care in high rise buildings.
Paul Sheedy, CEO, Reward Technology Limited is a leading authority on smart city technology with registered patents and trade secrets and unique insights on related subjects such as loyalty schemes, retail beacons, Internet of Things and digital id cards. He is based at Level39 in Canary Wharf, the largest tech accelerator in Europe and a successful exporter via UK Department for International Trade trade missions.
The speaker will explore the technical and human factors and then host questions and answers from the audience.
